His goal is to restore your mobility, keep you moving and ensure your rehabilitation is effective, efficient and stress-free.

Miles completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from AUT in Auckland and has worked in private practice since. He and his family moved to Otaki a little over 3 years ago to find a better work/life balance and live closer to family.

Miles strives to give the best physiotherapy service possible and help patients reach their goals. He is interested in personalising the recovery process, be it from a light strain or post-op surgery and return to high-level sport/activity.

Miles believes in giving a service that not only looks at the injury itself but takes into consideration the whole person and how each body part may be influencing movement. Once the pain settles, Miles is an advocate for ensuring there are no imbalances that may result in recurrent injury.

Outside of physiotherapy, Miles has an eclectic set of interests, ranging from mechanics, home DIY, gym exercise and piano.

  • Post-op rehabilitation

  • Sports injuries

  • Acute and chronic back pain

  • Manipulative and manual therapies

  • Exercise prescription

  • Injury-prevention screening
