Osteopathy
Maadi completed her Bachelors in Human Biology (BAppSci) and Masters of Osteopathy (M.Ost) at Unitec in Auckland. She is currently registered with the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand and holds an Annual Practicing Certificate.
Her Master's thesis explored women's experiences of osteopathic care while living with endometriosis, which has provided valuable insight into the needs and benefits of women managing chronic health conditions and heightened her passion for treating woman’s health conditions, pregnancy and postpartum.
She is extremely passionate about all aspects of health and wellness, and always takes a holistic approach to treatment, considering the entire body and lifestyle rather than focusing purely on the area of discomfort.
This holistic approach ensures that the source of pain is relieved while movement and vitality are restored. She enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions and gets deep satisfaction from helping patients achieve and maintain results. Results are accomplished by focusing on empowering and assisting in each individual's self-healing abilities, through a combination of osteopathic techniques, education and advice.
