Nutritional Therapy

Introducing Sophie

sophie dunn.jpg

Sophie is passionate about helping people get control of their health by making real sustainable changes that not only change their health but really change their lives and the health of their families. She is a qualified functional nutritionist and a Member of the Nutritional Therapy Association.

Nutritional Therapy is based on a nutrient-dense whole-food approach to your diet, there is no one size fits all, and everything Sophie does is tailored to you personally.

She loves working with women, from pre-pregnancy right through to postpartum and helping Mums bounce back to being their best. I also love working with children and families. Our children’s health is so important, what better gift can we give them but set them up with some great habits now that will last a lifetime.

If you’re struggling with any of these issues please feel free to book an appointment so the healing process can begin right away:

  • Adrenal fatigue

  • Post-natal depression

  • Digestive issues

  • Pregnancy and fertility issues

  • Auto-immune issues

  • Menopause

  • Nutritional health

  • Thyroid problems

  • Gut health
